He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey E. Latham and Melaine Havens; his daughter Tonya Elizabeth Latham; and his sister Cynthia. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Latham; his sons, James Roy Latham Jr. and Joey Latham; his stepsons, Cary Scarbrough and Steven Scarbrough; his daughters, Debbie Ferrell and Tammy Pirtle; his great grandchildren, Harvey Latham, Mike Havens, Tommy Havens and Buck Havens; and his sisters, Linda, Grace, Patty, Sandy and Brenda. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
