He is survived by: his children, Michael Wayne Crosthwait (Christine) of Arnold, MD, Steven Roger Crosthwait (Shelley) of Memphis and Katie Willard (Shane) of Wynne; his grandchildren, Camille Crosthwait of Seminole, FL., Matt, Luke Blake of Wynne and Tanner Crosthwait of Arnold, MD; his siblings, Wayne Crosthwait (Shelly) of Memphis, Ronnie Crosthwait (Chris) of Peoria, AZ, Terry Crosthwait and Laquita Angst (John) of Lebanon, MO; his aunts, Pat Crosthwait of West Memphis and Sue Hudson of Nashville, TN; and his cousins, Bill and Tom Crosthwait. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
