He was predeceased by: his mother JoAnn Brasfield; and his siblings, Lorinda Taylor and David Brasfield. He is survived by: his father Irvin "Cotton" Brasfield; and his siblings-in-law, Kim Brasfield, Diana Stout and Jeff Taylor. He is also survived by his nieces and nephew.
