He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Basso and Ruth Amelia; and his brother Claude. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Lee (Scott) and Amanda (Chris); his sister Amelia; his grandchildren, Joel (Whitney), Samuel (Lillia), Emily and Anna Kate; and his great grandchildren, Ford and James.
