He is survived by: his wife Fairy Ann Owens; his children, Michael Owens (Tonya) of Panama City, FL and Suzanne Lowery (Dexter) of Cordova, TN; his grandchildren, Rachel Newcomb (TJ), Michael Lowery (Elizabeth), Charles Owens and Olivia Owens; and his great grandchild Tripp Newcomb.
