He is survived by: his daughter Belinda Johnson (Ron) of Wynne, AR; his granddaughters, Nicole Johnson of Memphis, TN and Hannah Cook of Wynne, AR; his great grandchild Delta Cook; his siblings, Billy Crouch of Parkin, AR, Jimmy Crouch of Wynne, AR and Carolyn White of Parkin, AR; and his nieces and nephews, Randy Crouch, Paul Crouch, Greg Shea, Landon Crouch, Karen McNair, Kristi Brawley, Matthew Dixon, Brad Dixon, Sam Barkley and Wanda Talley.
