With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Sparks of West Memphis, Arkansas, who passed away on February 19, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kirtley and Velmar Kirtley; her husband Clifton W. Sparks; her daughters, Patricia Ann Tangusso, Linda Darlene and Stephanie Jaquette Wilson; and her siblings, Lorene Hurst, Patsy Smith, Garnett Ellison, Edith Luongo, Roscoe Kirtley, James Kirtley Jr. and Bobby Kirtley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Maynard (Dave), Barbara Ann Major (Lee), Tabitha Modderman (Steve) and Romona Daniel (Tony); and her brother Billy Kirtley. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
