He is survived by: his wife Dorothy K. Parnell; his children, Camellia Fowler, Arthur Parnell, III, Ricky Parnell and Dominic Parnell; and his siblings, Odessa Scott, Olivia Phillips, Erma Jean Barrett, Gladys Bridgeforth, Jimmy L. Parnell and Bishop Kenneth L. Parnell, Sr.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
