She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Williams and Emmett Williams; her husband Ivan Franklin Simpson, Jr.; her children, David Franklin Simpson and Peggy White; her grandson Jacob Simpson; and her siblings, Jean Howell and Milton Williams.
She is survived by: her sister Lynda Williams Hall; and her daughters, Mary Vickers, Rebecca Peden and Cynthia Johnson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cypress Avenue Baptist Church (1241 Cypress Ave, Marion, AR 72364). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
