She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Barrera and Rita Barrera; and her children, Brenda Schroeder, Ruby Sampley and Jamie Sampley.
She is survived by: her children, Laquita Taylor (Buddy), Willie Sampley Jr. (Sharon), Fletcher Sampley (Jamie), Greta Watson (Allan), Debbie Aycock (Jerry) and Leslie Sampley; and her siblings, Aurora, Lena, Ray and Tony. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, a host of great- grandchildren and great- great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel (201 Pine St, West Memphis, AR 72301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
