He is survived by: his children, Thomas "Tommy" Howie IV (LeeAnn) of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Rhonda Foley (Jason) of Marion, Arkansas; his stepdaughters, Erica Bentley (Stephen) of Lexa and Krystal Berry of Marvell, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Bentley Foley, Alden Earls, Brinley Earls, Kraven Howie, Daniel Howie, Kaylynn Bentley, Taylor Bentley, Lexus Bentley, Lainey Bentley, Andrea Aguilar and Anthony Aguilar; and his siblings, Kenneth Howie (Sherry) of Hernando, Robert Howie of Walburg, Texas and Joan Dilley of Hot Springs, Arkansas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
