He is survived by: his children, Shawn Smith, Toya Smith (Randall), Karron Smith, Felicia Warsham and Jaleel Balentine; his siblings, Emma Jean Ruffin, Maxine Phillips, Lacy Deadmon, Shelia Olloway (Dennis), Tommy West, Jimmy West (Lucy), Kirk West, Eric West (Jacqueline) and Kevin Warren (Tanya); his nephews, Corey Phillips and Justin West (Jay); and his caregiver Tameka Larkin. He is also survived by Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and many many Friends.
