He was predeceased by: his father Walter Lewis Payne Sr. He is survived by: his uncle James Shaffer; his brother-in-law Timmie Perdue Sr of Atlanta, GA; his nieces and nephews, Celeste Payne, Shanedra Barnes (Sam), Devron Payne, Jazmine Pruitt, Mary, Walter, Michael, Darryan, Tina Marie Payne, Shelbi, Sullivan and Sean Barnes; and also Cameron English.
