She was predeceased by: her parents, Jodie Jenkins and Fannie Jenkins; her sons, Willie Weaks and Emmett Johnson; her husband Will Johnson; her brothers, L. C. Jenkins and John Jenkins; and her close friend Leroy Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Jodie Johnson (Liz Butler) of Memphis, Tennessee; her sisters, Meaney Franklin of Kenosha, Wisconsin, Mary Alice Harris of Kenosha, Wisconsin and Courtney Hale of Kokomo, Indiana; her stepdaughter Loraine Carter of Little Rock, Arkansas; her granddaughters, Bridney Taylor of Helena, Arkansas, Emily Johnson of South Carolina and Tamara Johnson; her great grandchild Jordan Taylor of Helena, Arkansas; her granddaughter Kaiden Taylor of Helena, Arkansas; and her niece Shondrell Jenkins. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
