Franklin, Jr. (Annette) of Gulf Port, MS, Lula Franklin Coney (late Oliver) of Chicago, IL, Pearl Franklin of Hot Springs, AR, Iola Donaldson (Bob) of Little Rock, AR and Betty Willis (Arnell) of Little Rock, AR; his sisters-in-law, Bennie Mae Franklin of Decatur, Wilhelma Franklin of Decatur and Geneva Franklin of Chicago, IL; and his godson Jerry Donaldson (LaSwanna) of Cordova, TN. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren.
