She is survived by: her siblings, Henry Lee Mayo, John Edward Lewis, James Lewis, Bob Smith and Catherine Lewis of Chicago, ILL; and her stepdaughter Diane Smith of Chicago, ILL.. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, several sister-in-laws, brother-in -laws, and friends.
