He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Clark Sr. and Willie Mae Clark Pittman; and his siblings, Eddie Clark, Naycola Clark, Claudia Mae Clark and Abigail Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Anderson, Jacoba Clark of Toledo, Ja'Cion Clark of Dallas, Texas, Jackie Clark of Memphis, Kesha Anderson and Cynthia Anderson of Toledo, Ohio; his siblings, Joe Clark, Jr. (Bettye) of Dumas, Melvin Clark, Cornell Clark (Poncho) of Helena, James Clark, Sr. of St. Louis, Darrow Clark (Vonda) of Norfolk, Michael Clark of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Clee Price (Ben) of Houston, Patricia Ashanti of Little Rock, Vivian Holloway (Charles) of Jacksonville and Shirley Clark of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; his uncle Eddie B. Anderson of Detroit; and his aunts, Louise Anderson and Alzer Lee Bates of Cleveland, Ohio. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to guidelines issued from the federal government and the Center for Disease Control it is recommended that gatherings should not exceed 10 people in order to limit the risk of spreading COVID-19.
