He was predeceased by: his parents, James Adams and Joan Warwick. He is survived by: his fiancé Stacey Griffin Cupples; his daughter Shelby Delahoussaye (Guy); his grandson Jacob Griffin; and his aunt Hope Sparks (Johnny).
