He is survived by: his wife Katherine L. Allen; his daughters, Rosalind Allen Maldon (John) of Florissant, MO and Kathryn Courtney Allen Stamps (Lynman) of Suffolk, VA; and his grandchildren, Annie "Vinceia" Mosley of Collinsville, IL and MacKenzie Maldon.
