He was predeceased by: his father Frank, Sr.; his children, Dale Evan Lee, Michelle Ann Lee, Clinton Lee, Frank Lee, III and Terry Lee; and his siblings, Clinton Lee and Ruth Gay.

He is survived by: his wife Earnice Lee of Clarksville, Arkansas; and his children, Melinda Florentiny (Patrick) of Conway, Arkansas, Climmie Lee Williams of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Ricky Lee of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Raymond Lee of Marvell, Arkansas, Frederick Lee (Josie) of Clarksville, Arkansas and Gregory Lee (Terri) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is also survived by grandchildren; five (5) great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
