He is survived by: his wife Pearlie Beasley; his children, Mary Moore of Little Rock, AR, Virginia Pearlean of Helena, AR, Emma Moore of Helena, AR, Levon Gates of Helena, AR, Booker Thomas Moore of Memphis, TN and James Earl McAbee of Detroit, MI; and his close friend Jessie Richardson. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, forty-four great-grandchildren, nineteen great-great-grandchildren.
