It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eveline Stokes of West Helena, Arkansas, born in Red Bay, Alabama, who passed away on October 15, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Bentley and Lillian Bentley; her husband Mal Stokes, Sr.; and her son Phillip Wayne Stokes. She is survived by: her children, Mal Stokes, Jr. (Susan) of West Helena and Brenda Bloesch (Tommy) of West Helena; her siblings, Donnie Bentley (Debbie) of Lexa, Linda McAlexander (Tommy) of Lexa and Carol Wolfe of Little Rock; and her daughter-in-law Susan Montgomery Stokes of West Helena. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
