It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evangelist Minor Pruitt (West Helena, Arkansas), who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Minor and Luella Minor; her husband Horace G. Pruitt Sr.; and her sons, Bobby, Hoarce Jr., Willie, Jesse, Winfred, Roosevelt, Cody and John Henry Minor.

She is survived by: her children, Walter Kenneth Bell of Chicago, Darrie (Tamika) of Memphis, TN and Diane Pruitt of St. Louis, MO; her brother Joe Minor (Yvonne) of St. Louis, MO; her goddaughters, Theresa Sanders of St. Louis and Linda Shannon of Arkansas; and her close friends, Chester Brantley and Willie Shotwell.
