Smith, Arkansas, Ralph Eady (Alfreda) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Joel Eady (Teresa) of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Levern Eady (Veda) of Madison, Alabama, Jesse Fields (Ida) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Rosie Wilson (Alfred) of Raleigh, Milton Fields (Pam) of Chicago, Illinois, Patricia Gilcrease of San Antonio, Texas, Alma Eady, Catherine Eady of Marvell, Arkansas, Virgil Phillips (Annette) of Richmond, Virginia and Clarence Phillips (Zina) of Chicago, Illinois. He is also survived by grandchildren, 15 plus great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and family friends.
