He is survived by: his wife Willie Mae Williams; his children, Kelvin Williams, Sr. (Eugenia) of Broken Arrow, Nakiea Williams (Tina) of Houston and Marchus Williams of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; his stepsons, Darius Holmes, James Holmes (Yvonne) of West Helena and Anthony Milton (Kimberly) of Hurst, Texas; his grandchildren, Kelvin Williams, Jr., Jayla Willams, Kelsey Williams, Marchus Williams, Jr. and April Williams; his sisters, Zemolia Williams of Little Rock, Lula Mae Bailey of West Helena and Ella Terry of Austin, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Erma Hawkins, Cora Hawkins, Evvie Hawkins, Eula Mae McKinney, Andrew Hawkins, Eddie Hawkins (Velma), Eugene Hawkins, Calvin Hawkins and John Hawkins (Rita). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
