She was predeceased by: her parents, Elnora Bean and Samuel W. Hoskin; her stepfather John L. Ivory; her husband David Martin; her children, Lloyd Martin and Barbara Ward; her grandson Jarvis Richardson; and her great grandchildren, Jason E. Moody II and Jamaud Ali.
She is survived by: her siblings, David, Louis, Ethel, John Jr., Abraham and Betty; her children, Edward Martin (Barbara) of Richmond, Virginia, Marvin Martin (Louise) of Sandusky, Ohio, Dennis Martin (Betina) of Benton, Arkansas, Grace Gregg (Jerome) of Clarksville, Tennessee, Ann Johnson (Eldridge) and Carolyn Palmer of Maumelle, Arkansas; her stepbrother Alan Ivory of Marvell, Arkansas; her siblings-in-law, Freeman Martin of Jackson, Michigan and Stannie Thomas of Anaheim, California; and her friend Annie R. Pike. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 70 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren.
