He is survived by: his fiancée Minnie House of West Helena, AR; his brothers, Jerry Tobar of Detroit, MI, Alvin Tobar (Loretha) of Detroit, MI, Cardell Tobar (Barbara) of Detroit, MI and Melvin Tobar (Blossem) of Chattanooga, TN; his uncle Lawrence Tobar of Forrest City, AR; his sister-in-law Doris Tobar of Detroit, MI; his nieces and nephews, Ratisha House of Benton, AR, Matel Butcher of Little Rock, AR and Anastasia Butcher of West Helena, AR; his cousin Emma Wright (Paul) of Forrest City, AR; and also Beaulah Golida. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena Arkansas. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lee, Monroe and Desha District Center, Helena Crossing. A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Jackson - Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena Arkansas.
