He is survived by: his children, Cindy Stevens Montgomery (Steve) of Mtn and Carl Stevens, Jr. (Janie) of Batesville, Arkansas; his brother Curtis Wayne Stevens; and his grandchildren, Christopher Stevens, Jessica Nicole Pitts, Cody Willcutt, Garrett Willcutt, Shain King and Jennifer Rogers.
