He was predeceased by: his mother Elsie; his wife Evelyn Marie Ashabranner; and his brother Clyde "Sammy" Ashabranner. He is survived by: his children, Donna Johnson (Tim) of Fayetteville, Lisa Wheeler (Lyle) of West Helena, Deb Johnston (Randy) of Helena, Ashly Ashabranner of Georgia and Bobby Ashabranner of Georgia; his grandchildren, Chad Faulkner, Jillian Lewis and Mollie Lewis; his nephew Logan Ashabranner; his niece Gina Ashabranner; and his pet Buck.
