He is survived by: his wife Joneta Briggs Kelley; his children, Patrick Kelley (Julia) of West Helena, Phillip Kelley of Memphis, Tennessee and Suzanne Kelley of Moon Lake, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Kyle Kelley (Melissa) of Paragould and Bree Fortner (Jeremy) of Southaven, Mississippi; his great grandchildren, Kyla, Brody Kelley of Paragould, Luke Lilly, Blakely and Lafe Fortner of Southaven; and his brother Jerry Kelley (Peggy) of Hot Springs, Arkansas..
