She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lowery and Helen Starkey Watts; her brother Billy Watts; and her grandson Eric Wesley McKinney. She is survived by: her husband Wesley Perkins of Sheridan; her children, Carl Dunlap (Wanda) of Live Oak, James Dunlap of Ypsilanti, Michigan, Melissa Terry (Keith) of Sheridan, Christina McKinney (Eric) of Sheridan and Deborah Perkins of Sheridan; and her sisters, Linda Perkins of Cabot, Cheryl Watts of Lonoke and Brenda McElmurry of Ward. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
