He is survived by: his father Lonnie Dyke (Georgia Van Dyke) of Eufaula, Oklahoma; his wife Cathy Van Dyke; and his siblings, John Van Dyke of Henryetta, Kevin (Shelia Browers) of Gentry, Arkansas and Bambi (Wesley Potter) of Colcord, Oklahoma. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
