He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Mae Westerman and Arthur Henry Westerman; his daughter Eleica W. Rowe; and his brother Charles Webster Westerman. He is survived by: his sisters, Ila Marie Westerman, Verna Ruth Piper and Doris Wilson; and his grandchildren, Caleb Stovall (Yawei Song) and Hannah Stovall.
