It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Darla McDermott of Weiner, Arkansas, born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert J. Bornhoft and Ida Jane Bornhoft. She is survived by: her husband Mike McDermott; her son Bart McDermott (Holly) of Jonesboro; and her brothers, Mike Bornhoft (Judi) of Jonesboro and John Bornhoft (Leigh) of Little Rock. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins and her special lake friends.

The family requests memorials to St. Anthony Altar Society or Weiner Volunteer Fire Department.
