He is survived by: his wife Carol Vinson Evans; his stepchildren, Tyler Sitzer (Wendy) of Weiner, Tony Sitzer (Judy) of Weiner, Chris Sitzer of Weiner, Charlie Sitzer of Ocala, Florida, Stacy Warren of Englewood and Tracy Sitzer of Weiner; his children, Cynthia Stover (Ben) of Weiner, Caitlin Sitzer of Weiner and Madison Sitzer of Weiner; his siblings, Betty Hubbard (Mike) of Grubbs, Jerry Evans of Weiner and Tommy Evans (Terrie) of Gila Bend, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Cynthia Stover (Ben) of Weiner, Caitlin Sitzer of Weiner, Madison Sitzer of Weiner, Shandi Turknett of Rogers, Krysti Sitzer of Weiner, Stevie Gosney of Weiner, Anthony Sitzer of Grubbs, Nicholas Sitzer of Weiner, Libby Pate of Weiner and Kelton Warren of Englewood, Ohio. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and a lifetime of friends.
