He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marcelle Honey, Pat White and Bobby Summers. He is survived by: his children, Debbie, Frank Garlett of Sherwood, Susan, Dennis White of Harrisburg, Bill and Michelle Summers Jr. of Jonesboro; his sisters, June Rily of Nevada and Shirley Kieffer of St. Louis, Missouri; his grandchildren, Jason White (Elizabeth) of Conway, Jessica White of Russellville, Jayme Nyborg (Craig) of Austin, Austin Summers (Sommer) of Austin, Madison Purtteman (Chanley) of Brookland, Morgan Speer of Jonesboro and Madison Speer of Jonesboro; and his great grandchildren, Carson "Ace", Claire "Mac", Paislee, Harper "Angel", Emersyn "Em" and Abilene.
