It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Shands Gann of Watson, Arkansas, born in Winona, Mississippi, who passed away on May 17, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howell and Betty Jean Watson Gann. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Scharnhorst Gann of Watson Chapel; his children, James Christopher Gann (Carrie) of St. Petersburg, FL, Stephen Todd Pierce (Crystal) of Atlanta, GA, Heather "Ashley" Gann of Batesville and Meredith Elaine Gann of Little Rock; and his sister Sherron Elizabeth Smith of West Memphis. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
