He is survived by: his close friend Jennifer Spurlock May; his children, Jeremy (Denise) and Amelia Horton (Jason) of Monticello, AR; his brothers, Ricky "Gail" Spurlock of Monticello, AR and Ronald Spurlock of Kelso, AR; and his grandchildren, Emma Horton, Kaylee Horton and Gavin Spurlock.
