She is survived by: her husband Charles Denver; her children, Wallace Godfrey (Wally) of Mt. View, MO, Kerry Lilly (Jake) of Mt. View, MO and Lynda Dowell (Mike) of Payneville, KY; her stepdaughter Sunni Throgmorton (Tom) of Maumelle, AR; and her half-sisters, Loraine Elliott of Tillatobia, MS and Margie Hughes of Elliott, MS. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in memory of Laverne to Watson Cemetery or Watson Assembly of God.
