We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2019, at the age of 77, Joe Ann Burnett (Watson, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Richard and Mary Julia Harkins Steinheil; and his husband Jesse Olen Burnett. He is survived by: his children, William Burnett (Little Joe) and Mary Burnett Linely of Rohwer, AR; his grandchildren, Chathan Burnett (Kelli) of Broken Arrow, OK, Jessica Ann-Marie Linely of Dumas, AR, Jonathan Hunter Linely of Rohwer, AR and Macy Katherine-Elizabeth Chaney of Rohwer, AR; his brother Richard Steinheil (Linda) of Muskogee, OK; and his great grandchild Tayten Malloy of Broken Arrow, OK. He is also survived by 6 nieces; 6 nephews.
