He is survived by: his mother Merline Howard Moreland; his children, Cody Moreland (AnnaGrace), Trapper Moreland (Anna Larae) and Dakota Moreland; his brother Doyan Moreland (Sarah) of Watson; and his grandchildren, Brantley and Elena Moreland.
