It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Singleton of Watson, Arkansas, who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" and Alice Dickson Blythe; her husband E. J.; and her sister Barbara Deem. She is survived by: her sons, Randy Singleton (Paula) of McGehee and Mark Singleton (Suzanne) of Watson; and her sister Estell Little of Watson.

Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital, 1 Children's Way, Little Rock, AR 72202.
