He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Annie Mae Williams; his son Billy Lamar Williams; and his siblings, Charlie Williams, Kristine Williams and Melvie Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Vernie Williams (Camden) of Watson; his children, Deborah Smith (Michael) of Lonoke and Danny Williams (Wendy) of Dumas; and his siblings, Gerry Williams (Pat), Bert Moore, Mary Beegle (Bob) and Barbara Irons (Wayne).
