He is survived by: his parents, Merrele Summitt and Mamie Maria Carpenter Summitt; his son Billy Daniel Summitt; his wife Loretta Summitt of Watson; his daughters, Christy Henley (Jim) of Sheridan, Susan Garner (Bobby) of Watson and Kim Crump of Star City; and his sisters, Judy Fordyce of Conway and Kathy Lugo of Monticello. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
