He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Jim and Mamie A. Golden Powell; and his wife Frances Powell. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie (Buddy Worring) of Humphries, Ann (Denny Babb) of Hughes, Angie (Terry Fortenberry) of Watson and Alexis Powell of Carthage; and his sister Johnnie Grider of Dumas. He is also survived by five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and two great-greatgrandchildren.
