He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Plumlee and Maude Plumlee (Smith); his wife Elizabeth Kay Plumlee; his siblings, Vernus Breedlove, Bertie Henderson, Lavern White, Ray, Verlus Plumlee and Herbert Oliver; and his great grandchild Scarlett Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Renita Morris (Ben Ellis) of Harrison, AR and Kayla Waters (Len) of Jasper, AR; his grandchildren, Shakeita Smith (Josh), Hunter Helms and Kazen Waters; his great grandchildren, Jaiden and Wylder; his stepchildren, Kimberly Hunt (Jody) of Farmington, AR and Charles Moore (Amy) of Prairie Grove, AR; his sister Mary Alice Baker of Ohio; and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Plumlee of Harrison, Jo Oliver of Wichita, KS and Along. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
