He was predeceased by: his sister Faye Taylor Osburn; his sons, Clyde and Don Ginnett; and his grandsons, Deano Pruitt, Eugene Carlson and Elliott Carlson.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Osburn of Washington State, Bob Osburn of Arkansas, Charles Duane Osburn of Washington State, Patricia May, Terry Fay Osburn of Fayetteville and Jackie Marie Osburn-Bechtel of Washington State; his wife Arleen; his children, Bobby and Tish; his former wife Faye Taylor Ginnett; and his stepchildren, Quita and Wendy. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
