He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roy and Floy Jane Owen (Wells); his wife Patricia Owen; his daughter Waunell Owen; and his siblings, Henry Owen and Florence Robinson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jauwana Owen of Farmington and Christy Edwards (Steven) of Goshen; his grandchildren, Jordan Smith (Reb), Brandee Robinson (Michael), Gunner Edwards, Madilyn Edwards and Mallory Edwards; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Blakelee and Channing Smith. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
