He is survived by: his children, Charles "Dean" McGinnis (Pam) of Elkins, Edward McGinnis of Mulberry, Wesley McGinnis (Sabrina) of Springdale and Lena McGinnis of Springdale; and his sister Portia Foster of Richmond, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
