He is survived by: his sons, Billy Gene Williams (Rachna) and Bobby Joe Williams (Lisa); his brother Jay Hugh Williams; and his grandchildren, Lilah Chesne Williams, Aashni Williams Khanna, Kris Armstrong and Andrew Armstrong.
